RC Car question!! PLEASE HELP!?

hello there everyone.. Last year, i got a Hummer H2 Pickup car model as a gift for Christmas. Since then, I've lost the interest in just a statue for my desk, so I decided to try to transform it. I want to add a motor, head lights, rear lights, sounds, and such stuff to it. Is it possible to transform such a model car into an RC car. And please give me links to websites that explain ("how to make an RC car" for dummies)! One more thing, my model car has actual tires with a steering wheel that really controls them. It also has the springs for the wheels (i don't know what they are called in English, in my country we say Snobbersat). 1. The answer is yes. However, I must tell you now, it requires a lot of work. Like drilling, removing, and knowledge of a basic RC car. There aren't really any instructions on a website, (that or I haven't seen it yet) but there have been people on youtube who posted videos of their creation. Usually people who have had a homemade RC car don't like to share their secrets.
