Where to get a hummer/limo party bus for cheap?

so we had a group of 30 and got screwed to 14 people now and we really want a party bus but they are so expensive. does anyone know a good place in sourthen california to get a party bus cheap if not that than an suv limo.? HELP! we have like a month left til prom only answer if you really have a suggestion, and dont tell me 'you cant get it for cheap'.
