Hummer

Can a bulletproof hummer police car go as fast as regular police cars? Would they be effective in a car chase?

Could the ngine be "tweaked-up" then? You know, like how regular cars have "Tweaked-up" engines so that they can go drag racing.

1. it would handle like crap from the added weight and it being a hummer...also it would be slower unless it has like 500 horse.
2. Bullet proof Hummer? What city/town would approve of such a purchase? Only in the movies.
